In a conviction of a defendant for first degree murder with felony-murder special circumstances, for his involvement in an armed robbery when he was 17 years old, and in which his accomplice shot and killed a police officer during their attempted escape, trial court's imposition of a sentence of life without the possibility of parole is reversed and remanded for resentencing in light of the recent United States Supreme Court decision in Miller v. Alabama.
