Defendant's conviction for violating former Penal Code section 12020(a)(4), which prohibits the carrying of a concealed dirk or dagger, is affirmed where: 1) defendant's constitutional challenge to the statute is without merit; and 2) the trial court had no duty to instruct on specific intent to conceal.
