California Court of Appeal

In re E.A., B237684

Trial court's order declaring a minor a dependent child of the court pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 300, and an order to have the child suitably placed with visitations monitored by the County Department of Children and Family Services when the father is released from jail is affirmed where: 1) petitioner's counsel's objections were legally insufficient and inoperative; 2) the claim that it was error to deny visitation while the father was in jail was forfeited; and 3) the issue that jurisdiction could not be based on the abuse of other children because they were not full siblings was forfeited.
