In a defendant's conviction for petty theft, the trial court's judgment is modified where the court should have imposed: 1) a section 1465.8(a)(1) court operations assessment; 2) a Government Code section 70373 (a)(1) court facilities assessment; and 3) section 2900.5(a), providing that the time that a defendant has served in custody may be credited against fines does not apply to assessments.
