Trial court's order denying defendant's petition to compel arbitration of an action arising out of a purchase of a used automobile from defendant is affirmed where: 1) the contract's arbitration clause is procedurally unconscionable; 2) the contract's arbitration clause is subtantively unconscionable; and 3) the contract's arbitration clause is unconscionable under California's doctrine of unconscionability that generally applies to all contracts.
