In re D.G., B235755

Juvenile court's jurisdictional and dispositional orders as to two minors stemming from their father's attempts to solicit sex from the eldest minor is affirmed, as substantial evidence supports the juvenile court's findings that allowing the father to remain in the family home posed a substantial danger to the health and safety of both children and there were no reasonable means of protecting the children without removal from father's custody, and substantial evidence also supports the juvenile court's finding that there were no reasonable lesser means of protecting the children without removing the father from the home.
