California Court of Appeal

Edwards v. Gillis, E053542

In a petition to void decedent's trust amendments, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed where: 1) the trial court applied the correct standard in requiring plaintiff to prove that defendant unreasonably delayed making preliminary distributions from the trust assets to the beneficiaries; and 2) sufficient evidence supported the trial court's determination that defendant did not unreasonably delay distribution of the trust's assets.
