California Court of Appeal

Smith v. Smith, C066792

In a child custody dispute, the judgment of the family court is affirmed, as the court did not err in redacting any references to the father's juvenile records and refusing to order the reports to be destroyed. Further, the father's challenge of a temporary custody order that took effect upon dissolution of a restraining order, which had given the father legal and physical child custody, is dimissed because it is taken from a nonappealable temporary custody order.
