A husband's appeal of the a trial court's orders to pay his wife's attorney fees and costs pursuant to Family Code section 2030 in marital dissolution proceedings, is dismissed, as regardless of the husband's challenges to the insufficiency of the evidence regarding his financial circumstances, he chose not to disclose evidence of his financial circumstances despite three separate discovery orders and sanctions, and as such, his actions "disentitles" him to a choice to appeal.
