The trial court's grant of defendant's petition for habeas relief in concluding that the decision by the Board of Parole Hearings issuing a three-year denial of defendant's parole was not supported by some evidence is reversed and remanded, as there is some evidence that supports the Board's finding of lack of insight into the causative factors leading to the life offense, as well as lack of insight into addiction issues.
