California Court of Appeal

People v. Fernandez, B232277

In a conviction of defendant for second degree robbery and willful infliction of corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant, or child's parent, trial court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress is affirmed, as the consent to a search of the apartment, by the person whom defendant shared the apartment with, was valid.
