Defendant's convictions for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 years and lewd act with a child under the age of 14 years, are affirmed where: 1) the trial court committed no reversible error in excluding evidence of defendant's conduct after the library confrontation; 2) defendant was properly charged and convicted for the crimes committed against a single victim based on generic testimony that indicated the abuse extended well beyond the three-month period necessary for a conviction of continuous sexual abuse; and 3) the instruction on uncharged offenses admitted to prove propensity did not lower the government's burden of proof on the charged offenses.
