SCC Acquisitions v. Central Pacific Bank, G044955

In a suit by guarantors of a real estate development loan against a bank, alleging the bank made false representations and breached its promise to the borrower, the trial court’s judgment denying them relief and finding in favor of the bank on appellants’ cross-complaint is affirmed where the trial court did not err in instructing the jury on the bank’s special instruction.
