The Juvenile Court's orders denying of reunification services for Mother pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code1 section 361.5(b)(10) and setting the matter for a hearing under section 366.26 to select a permanent plan for Child are vacated and Mother's petition for extraordinary writ is granted where the court's misinterpreted section 361.5(b)(10) and erred in relying on the prior Wisconsin proceedings in denying reunification services to Mother.
