Convictions of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, Pen. Code, former section 12020(a)(4) and being under the influence of a controlled substance, Health & Saf. Code section 11550(a) are affirmed where: 1) the trial court did not erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence under Penal Code section 1538.5; and 2) there was no error in the imposition of the booking fee under Government Code section 29550.2.
