Mixon v. State of California, A130413

In a tort action against the State and PG&E, arising out of injuries sustained by a boy walking with his family in a marked crosswalk who was struck by a motorist, alleging that maintenance of the street intersection in a dangerous condition, Gov. Code section 835, and failing to provide adequate lighting with overhead street lights, summary judgment in favor of defendants is affirmed where the evidence fails to raise a triable issue of material fact on any of the points stated in White v. Southern Cal. Edison Co. (1994), 25 Cal.App.4th at p. 451.
