In a suit against a law firm that handled plaintiff's class action suit, based on the attorneys' handling of the settlement proceeds in that action, the trial court's denial of defendants' anti-SLAPP motion to strike the complaint is reversed where although that plaintiff's lawsuit arose out of protected activity, plaintiff has failed to demonstrate a likelihood of prevailing on the merits.
