Plea of no contest to aggravated assault and active participation in a criminal street gang, and admission of a great bodily injury allegation in connection with the assault count, Pen. Code, sections 245(a)(1), 186.22(a), and former section 12022.7(a), are affirmed over defendant's claims that the charges stemmed from the unlawful search of his cell phone, where: 1) the phone was seized and searched under a valid warrant; and 2) defendant's motion to suppress evidence was properly denied, regardless of the scope of his consent.
