In an unemployment insurance benefits case, appeal of a trial court granting a writ of administrative mandamus to claimant's former employer, is affirmed where claimant's grounds of termination, his refusal to sign a disciplinary memorandum in connection with a prior incident of misconduct, was more than a good faith error in judgment, which did disqualify him from receiving unemployment benefits.
