In an action by a nonsettling defendant, alleging the trial court's determination that a settlement between the plaintiff and other defendants in the underlying construction defects case was reached in good faith, the appeal is dismissed where appellant appeals from a non-appealable order, as a good faith settlement determination is a non-appealable interlocutor ruling and immediate review of the merits of that determination is obtainable only by a timely writ petition pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure, section 877.6.
