In an asbestos action filed against it by plaintiff and her late husband, summary judgment to defendant is affirmed where the trial court: 1) did not err by finding defendant met its initial burden of production of evidence in support of its summary judgment motion; 2) properly excluded from evidence plaintiff's expert witness declaration; and 3) acted within its discretion in disregarding plaintiff's evidence that defendant exposed deceased plaintiff to asbestos.
