In an appeal of a judgment declaring minor a ward of the court under Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 and Penal Code section 245 and placing him home on probation, on grounds that there was insufficient evidence of assault with a deadly weapon or assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, the trial court's judgment is: 1) reversed as to assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury, and the maximum term of confinement in the court‘s minute order is stricken; but 2) affirmed in all other respects.
