In an appeal from an order terminating parental rights to an infant, the juvenile court's order is reversed where it did not comply with the requirements of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), 25 U.S.C. section 1901 et seq., before terminating parental rights, however the order is conditionally reversed for the limited purpose of providing ICWA notice.
