Conviction and sentence for second degree murder, Pen. Code section 187(a), and active participation in a criminal street gang, Pen. Code section 186.22(a), are affirmed except as to the following modifications: 1) to show court security fees in the total amount of $60 as provided in section 1465(a)(1); and 2) to delete the 10-year gang enhancement imposed under section 186.22, subdivision (b)(1)(C).
