In an action to register an Arizona fraud judgment in California, arising out of defendant's actions that caused his former company's earnings to be overstated in order to trigger additional compensation to him, the trial court's order denying defendant's motion to vacate the turnover order is affirmed over his contention that the cash at issue represented the balance remaining of his earnings after garnishment, and therefore under Code Civ. Proc., section 704.070 it was exempt from levy.
