An award of attorney fees to petitioners, after the court granted in part their petition for writ of mandate challenging an environmental impact report (EIR) under the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code section 21000 et seq. (CEQA), is affirmed over defendants' contention that the trial court erred in awarding attorney fees for the legal services provided by Grattan.
