Khazan v. Braynin, A128536

In a case in which the trial court on remand ordered payment of attorney's fees with interest to the plaintiffs, its ruling on when interest on the award began to accrue is upheld, where: 1) interest begins to run upon entry of the order setting the amount of fees awarded; and 2) the Court of Appeal's decision directing the trial court to reconsider the plaintiffs' fee request was in effect a reversal, so the trial court correctly ordered interest to run from the time of the fee award it made on remand, and not from the date of the initial fee award.
