Thomas v. Stenberg, A132431

In a suit for general negligence and premises liability brought by a motorcyclist who was injured when a cow charged him on a private road passing through the defendants' property, judgment of nonsuit is affirmed, where: 1) the defendants, as owners of the underlying property but not the easement, owed no duty to the plaintiff; 2) there was no evidence supporting dangerous-animal liability; and 3) Food and Agricultural Code section 16904 did not create liability.
