California Court of Appeal

In a case in which the defendants moved for summary judgment, the Court of Appeal holds that a party who fails to provide some oral or written opposition to his or her opponent's objections to the evidence submitted on a summary judgment motion is barred from challenging the adverse rulings on those objections on appeal.
