In a prosecution stemming from a drunk driving fatality, it is held that: 1) a person who willfully flees the scene by any method after committing gross vehicular manslaughter is subject to the enhanced penalty in Vehicle Code section 20001(c); and 2) there was sufficient evidence that the defendant fled following the vehicular manslaughter.
