California Court of Appeal

In re D.M., D060598

On appeal of a judgment terminating parental rights over the appellant's younger half-siblings and selecting adoption as the preferred permanent plan, the judgment is affirmed, and the portion of the appeal pertaining to the issue of adoptability is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, where: 1) substantial evidence supported the trial court's finding that the sibling relationship exception to the adoption preference was inapplicable; and 2) the appellant lacked standing to raise the adoptability issue, as the appellant was not aggrieved by the adoptability finding.
