In a case in which a defendant pled no contest to felony child endangerment and the trial judge suspended execution of sentence and placed the defendant on probation for four years with the understanding that if she failed to comply with the terms and conditions of probation, she would be required to register as a sex offender, a second judge's revocation of probation and order that she register as a sex offender is affirmed, where: 1) there was no statutory basis for the first judge's bifurcated procedure; but 2) any argument regarding that error was forfeited or invited because counsel acquiesced to the court's procedure.
