In a case in which a company, to satisfy a judgment entered against a husband, sought a charging order against the wife's interest in certain partnerships and limited liability companies that were divided pursuant to a marital settlement agreement, the trial court's grant of the order is reversed, where charging liens did not attach because the settlement agreement transmuted the wife's community property interest in the properties into separate property prior to the time the company pursued its motion for charging orders against the property.
