In re D.A., B230987

In a juvenile dependency case in which the minor was detained from his mother and placed with a man whom the trial court ruled was the presumed father, although subsequent genetic testing revealed that another man, the mother's fiance, was the biological father, the trial court's denial of the fiance's motion to be determined to be a presumed father under Kelsey S., and its determination that the other man was a presumed father, are reversed, where those findings were not supported by substantial evidence.
