In an action by an investment manager asserting various causes of action against his former employer, which action was ordered to an arbitration that resulted in a decision in favor of the employer, the trial court's judgment confirming the arbitration award is reversed, where: 1) an employment contract superseded the terms of an earlier "Issue Resolution Agreement" that may have compelled arbitration; 2) the employee was not required to arbitrate his claims under the terms of the employment contract.
