California Court of Appeal

People v. Maharaj, C066059

Sentences on conviction for three counts of aggravated sexual assault on a child under the age of 14 years are affirmed, where the trial court did not err in imposing sentences for those counts that were consecutive to the sentence imposed for a count of forcible lewd and lascivious act on a child under the age of 14 years, since each of defendant's four offenses was included in Penal Code section 667.6(e), requiring mandatory consecutive sentences.
