In a prosecution of an owner of medical marijuana dispensaries stemming from his delivery of marijuana for the dispensaries' use, the judgment of conviction for transportation of marijuana and for possession of concentrated cannabis is reversed, where Health and Safety Code section 11362.775 provided a defense, the court rejecting the Attorney General's argument that the section applies only to those cooperatives involving "some united action or participation among all" members.
