On petition for writ of habeas corpus to seek review of a decision by the Board of Parole Hearings to deny the petitioner's release on parole, the superior court's grant of the petition is reversed, where: 1) there was "some evidence" to support the Board's determinations that the petitioner lacked insight into the motivation for the crime, that the offense was particularly egregious, and that the petitioner had an unstable social history.
