In a prosecution for grand theft from the person, the judgment of conviction is reversed and the matter is remanded to the trial court with directions to vacate the conviction and to enter a new verdict finding the defendant guilty of petty theft, where the evidence on record established that the defendant was guilty of petty theft only.
