On appeal of a conviction on two counts of attempted premeditated murder and two counts of shooting from an occupied vehicle, in which the jury appended to each count enhancements for personally using a firearm, the enhancements were supported by substantial evidence, where the defendant, by pointing a shotgun alongside a fellow gang member as the latter aimed a rifle at the intended victim, and pulling the trigger to make a "click" noise, emboldened his fellow gang member to shoot.
