In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiffs' action for medical and corporate negligence, judgment is affirmed where defendant's failure to notify plaintiff that she tested positive as a carrier of cystic fibrosis was not negligent since its sole duty was to transmit the laboratory results to plaintiff's doctor whose responsibility it was to inform and counsel his patient on the results.
