In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiffs' wrongful death action on the basis of the "one-action rule," Code Civ. Pro. Section 377.60, judgment is reversed where rule does not apply to the prelitigation settlement at issue and therefore does not bar plaintiffs' claims.
