In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting plaintiff-lender's motion for summary adjudication in an action for breach of a guaranty, judgment is affirmed where the concerned agreement was unambiguously a guaranty and not a demand note such that the defendant would be protected by the antideficiency statutes and the one-action rule.
