In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court in plaintiff's favor on his complaint for tortious interference with contract, alleging that defendant impaired plaintiff's lien on an attorney fee award, judgment is affirmed where plaintiff's former client did not nullified the fee award through a settlement, and because the trial court correctly awarded damages where the evidence of plaintiff's lost profits was not speculative and conjectural.
