In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiffs' consumer action alleging a failure to disclose a computer defect involving a microchip that controlled floppy disk data transmission, judgment is: 1) affirmed in part as to plaintiffs' unjust enrichment claim; and 2) reversed in part where the trial court erroneously granted judgment on the pleadings without leave to amend.
