Fayroyan-Mezhlumyan v. Wells Fargo Bank, NA, B224469

In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing, in part and as time-barred, plaintiff's complaint for payments of forged checks against her home equity line of credit by defendant-bank, judgment is affirmed in part and reversed in part where the one-year statute of limitations in Code of Civil Procedure section 340(c) is not applicable because plaintiff is not a "depositor" within the meaning of Section 340(c).
