In an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant in plaintiff's action for foreclosure of a mechanic's lien, Civil Code section 3144, judgment is reversed where the court incorrectly found that the recording of the lien against subject property while debtor’s bankruptcy was pending violated the automatic stay of Bankruptcy Code section 362 because the 90-day period for foreclosing on the lien was tolled during the pendency of the bankruptcy proceedings under Section 108(c) of the Bankruptcy Code.
