In an appeal from a judgment of the trial court granting real party in interest's motion for approval of a Code of Civil Procedure section 877.61 good faith settlement of plaintiff's breach of warranty action, judgment is reversed because the manufacturer of a vehicle engine, who is sued on warranty grounds, may not rely on Section 877.61 to escape any noncontractual obligation to indemnify a co-defendant.
