Conviction and sentencing of defendant for threatening a victim or witness who provided assistance to law enforcement in a criminal court proceeding is upheld on remand where the trial court's failure to instruct the jury to apply an objective standard to determine whether defendant's statement qualifies as a "true threat" was harmless under Chapman.
