Conviction and sentencing of defendant for attempted murder and offenses arising from his involvement in a drive-by-shooting are reversed as to the gang enhancement for attempted murder, but upheld where the court correctly admitted a trial exhibit consisting of printouts of defendant's MySpace page, which the prosecution's gang expert relied on in forming his opinion that defendant was an active gang member.
